so i had a funny telephone call for a last minute wedding, kind of like a surprise wedding. i had the stomach flu so the conversation flowed in and out of text messages throughout the week of recovery. the end result was one of the neatest weddings i’ve had the pleasure of shooting. to top it all off, B was my oldest daughter’s first babysitter and now she’s all grown up and married. so stinkin sweet!

jon at alpenglow / arctic valley above anchorage 9/11/2010 — one of the most amazing days we’ve had all “summer.” this image was too exciting to pass up so we set it up right before we left the wedding for the evening … the brides images will be up in a few days.

A very creative and crafty wedding – right on down to all the table flowers, sangria and yummy cake balls. It was a beautiful night spent with a beautiful couple.
